In this post, I’m going to talk about the changes I would like to apply in the career of Anthropology of this university. I think that there are three focuses that need a transformation: curricula, professors (including academic charge) and facilities. About the curricula, I think that basic cycle of the career should improve, the subjects should be equally distributed in order for exist the same number of subjects for the three majors (archaeology, social anthropology and physical anthropology). I say this because currently the basic cycle has a predominance of subjects of social anthropology. On the other hand, about the major of archaeology I think that should be included more applied subjects that mean subjects that allow us to understand the different fields in which archaeologists perform in the current field work in our country.
